This user agreement is between Simple DIY Websites and
you when you purchase any product or service from Simple DIY
Websites purchase of any services
ordered by you.

By hiring Simple DIY Websites and using our services
you are agreeing to our terms and services and this is a legally
binding contract between Simple DIY Websites and yourself. We
reserves the right to change or modify this contract at any time
without notice.
Privacy: Your privacy is very important
to us! We will not sell, trade or give away your information
in any way!!
Warranty:
Simple DIY Websites provides our website builder with
no warranty or condition. We try very hard to
make your website online 24 hours a day every day!!
But we can not always foresee or control technical
problems that interrupt service. Simple DIY Websites may not be held responsible or liable for any
lost income, or any and all damages arising out of
or in connection with our services.
Billing
Policy: All new
accounts will pay their set up fee and first month
fee when signing up. When the site is set up
and turned over to you, your first month's fee will
go into effect and from then on you will be billed
the first or the fifteenth of each month depending
which you are closest to when site is turned over to
you.
Paypal Clients: When you setup your account to be
paid by Paypal, you will receive an invoice 2-3 days
around your billing date. If you
change your email or your Paypal account you must
notified us immediately!
Credit Card Clients: Clients
paying by Credit card will be automatically billed
2-3 days around their billing date.
Non-payment: All account must be paid
on the due date, regardless of the payment method.
Any account not paid by due date is subject to
suspension of website. After two attempts at billing you and
your balance remains unpaid, your website will be suspended.
If your account is not paid within 30 days from your due
date and we have not had any contact from you, your website will be terminated without
further notice. There will be
a reconnection fee of $50.00 plus all past due
balances before your account will be
reactivated.
Cancellation: If you wish to
cancel your services you much email us at
lindebbie@yahoo.com. There is no cancellation
fee. But all fees paid are non-refundable!
Refunds: Due to the nature of our
business we do not offer refunds. Once money is
received for any account, that account is considered
in contract for the service provided by Simple DIY
Websites and is subject to these term of agreement.

DIY Websites, and affiliated companies form and
against any and all claims, damages, losses,
liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings
(whether legal or administrative), and expenses
including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's
fees, threatened, asserted, or filed by a third
party against any of the indemnified parties arising
out of or relating to Customer's use of the
Services. Customer agrees that WE, under any
circumstances, shall not be held responsible or
liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or loss of
profits, revenue, data or use by Customer, any of
its customers, whether in an action in contract or
tort or strict liability or other legal theory.
